The table of study results of 2015-2016
The calendar year in Ethiopia starts on September 11th. Around that time school starts in Ethiopia. The school year consists of two semesters which both end with exams. First semester exams are in the end of January in our calendar and the second semester starts in February and ends in the end of June. A two week holiday is between the fall and spring semester. Summer holiday is almost two months long.
Ethiopian summer holiday is cold and rainy. In Soddo the temperature drops down to 4-5 degrees centigrade and in the mountains even dow to almost zero. During the day temperatures range between 15-23 degrees centigrade. There is a chance of rain every single day.
Students receive their report cards in the first week of june and start school again in September. Results of Ethiopian children.
